Full Warranty Program
Product warranties must be meaningful in order to protect the investment in your home. Linwood has its own outstanding warranty program and this is supported by the individual warranties of reputable suppliers who stand behind their products.
Our suppliers have an additional incentive to honor their warranties because Linwood is a major account for many of them. For example, home package suppliers who manufacture their own windows are less motivated to deal with warranty issues because it is expensive and directly affects their profitability. It is a major logistical problem to organize replacement and re-installation without a national service network.
The reality is that warranties are only as good as the strength of the
companies who supply them. As a result many suppliers only offer limited
warranties which do not cover many of the most common problem areas.
