Getting qualified builders is critical. We offer customers the choice of acting as their own general contractor, working with the contractor of their choice or selecting a qualified builder from our network.

A qualified builder must be properly insured and have the financial, technical and physical resources to construct the home. They must also have the ability to meet their contractual obligations.

Linwood offers access to a large network of qualified builders and trades. They have worked for Linwood customers in the past and are experienced in the construction of Linwood custom homes.

These professionals will contract with you directly and take your project to the lock-up stage or occupancy. This enables you to save money depending on your personal level of involvement.
